初めて口コミさせていただきます。
シミだと思っていた所が肝斑だったので、肌診断をしていただき美容クリニックで治療をしています。人生で美容クリニックが初めてということもあり緊張と本当に良くなるのか…。と不安もありましたが、肌カウンセリングも丁寧かつこちらの質問にもきちんと分かりやすく説明してくださり通う事を決めました。
初回では施術をして下さったナースの方が一つ一つ説明をしながら安心して治療を受けました。
4回目くらいに少しずつ肝斑が薄くなっている効果を実感し続けて治療中です。
ただちょっと残念に感じたのが2回目の施術をしてくれたナースの方は(初回のナースの方と別の方)手早く知識もある方ではありましたが、トーニングを使用する機械部屋でそのまま施術を続けられました。その日、別部屋が空いてないのは仕方ないとは思いますが、(パックをしている時)機械音が凄くてリラックスできず…。
私が良いなと思い決めた点は、クリニックの清潔感、施術するお部屋がそれぞれ分かれている点もよかったので決めました。
まさか機械音がする部屋で何の断りもなく治療をされるとは思いませんでした。
実は治療中にお部屋の事は初回施術してくれた担当のナースさんにそれとなく伝えた事があります。日によって満室で空いてない日もあるので同じ部屋での施術を受けた日もあります。
(その時は他のお客様も多かったようで同じお部屋ですみません。と冒頭に説明とお詫びがありました)
内心、今日はお部屋空いてるのかな？と思いながら治療に行きました。その日は平日という事もありお客様も少なく、後半の施術は別部屋に移動できる？と思っていましたが、そのまま施術をされ結局最後まで機械音がする部屋で終わりやや、モヤモヤしながら帰りました。
勝手に期待していた自分もいけないのですが、リラックスできるお部屋を設けてる意味はなんでしょうか？病院とは違う訳で…
細かい事はわかりませんがお部屋に関してオペレーションの改善が必要なのかな？と思いました。

口コミを書く事も悩んだのですが担当ナースさんはいつも親切、丁寧に施術をしてくれます。
改善と今後の希望も込めて星4つにしました。
肌にまつわる事も自分にとって必要か不必要な施術なのかも親身に相談に乗ってくれます。
強引な勧誘もなく、少しずつ肝斑も薄くなり自分肌に自信が持てるようになってます。日頃のセルフケアも頑張りながらもっと綺麗になれたら嬉しいです。引き続き治療に通いますのでお願いします。
